After receiving an opportunity of a lifetime, Chris Shires, owner and head bladesmith, now handcrafts all of his knives in sunny Jupiter, Florida.

This is an example of their 6.25" Fillet, made of superb AEB-L stainless steel with a high smooth grind for fantastic slicing. Capped inMaple Burl backed by black liners. Sheathed in their own Kydex sheath.
